GFW's Corn on the Cob

This recipe comes to us from Gordon Weis, who posts as GFW on the Big Green Egg Forum:

Ingredients:

  • Ears of corn

Preparation Directions:

  • Carefully open each ear of corn, with husk on, and remove all of the silk.
  • Replace the husk around the cob and tie the end with string.
  • Soak the ears in cold water for 20 minutes.
  • After 20 minutes, squeeze out the excess water.

Cooking Directions:

Cook at dome temp of 275 (indirect but without foil) for 35 minutes.
