Charcoal is rated by our readers on a scale from 1 to 5, 5 being the best. The score is calculated by assigning 5 points for a 5, 4 points for a 4, etc. The total number of points is divided by the total number of ratings to yield the actual score. Each charcoal must have at least 10 reader ratings to have a reader score displayed. Our review ratings are being converted from numerical scores to ratings using six levels.
