First a short history of the development of the Whizzeroo-Q-Guru®. It was clear we needed a feedback mechanism to accurately control charcoal cooking temperatures, so using our innovative Process Boundary Analysis® technique, we began to formulate the basic structure of the device.

Here is one of the very early working diagrams used by our design team to help visualize the application parameters as required in any Process Boundary Analysis® design. As you can see, even at this very early stage of the design process, the importance of the PD signal and the PV signal became evident. With the addition of the critical Final Control Element Valve, the design team converged on a working construct as the foundation for the future product. Another successful design brought to you by Process Boundary Analysis®! (Incidentally, you can license our innovative Process Boundary Analysis® technique for use in your design work.)
